- Add a point with the name, the right category (restaurant, pharmacy, hardware…), and ideally a phone number and opening hours.

Why it works this way
Bulawayo Pulse shows where every fact comes from and when it was checked. Open submissions with no gatekeeping would fill the directory with spam; a heavy approval queue would slow everything down. OpenStreetMap solves both: it has its own global community keeping edits honest, it versions every change, and our refresh picks up the result automatically. You get listed without asking permission, and the directory stays trustworthy.
